Every session gives me access to top-tier minds across different levels of the game, and the conversations are always thoughtful, honest, and energizing. The CLS has been a game changer for me. It’s very difficult when making the leap from community level coaching to professional level to find content that is relevant to the next step. CLS helps you in all aspects of play and every series has interesting guests who aid you in clarifying areas of weakness or gaps in your coaching, or in areas of strength, you get reinforcement, more effective verbiage, and cutting edge teaching and training techniques.

Not having the opportunity for high level coach learning here in my location of the US, the CLS is a game changer. 64 yrs old and can never stop learning. Great team of coaches that are always open to answer questions asked of our community.

Mike’s personable and friendly approach allows coaches from all levels to express ideas, ask questions and build knowledge. With out CLS I would not be the coach I am today.

The Coaching Learning Series creates a place for coaches to hang out with experts in all areas of coaching, team development and player growth. From the anecdotes and insights of the presenters to the questions of the participants, it is a genuine sharing place for ideas that stimulate conversation and open up opportunities to explore ideas of how to build better teams filled with better people. I look forward jumping on Zoom or watching the replay, it’s one of the best ways that I have found as a coach to develop alongside my peers.

The Coaching Learning Series (CLS) brings together top class HP coaches with real expertise in the game to share ideas, philosophies and rugby tech/tact with passionate coache’s from around the globe. The real gold is in the discussion that follows, the sharing of ideas and experiences and the learning community Mike creates. Being able to attend live or catch up through a recording makes the CLS really easy to participate in. I highly recommend it.
